Jerry Harris came to pick me up from my house because I called for ride so I would be able to buy my dream car from Subaru. This is my third car from Puyallup dealer. Both Jerry and Brian Fuller are top salesa person . I bought Subaru Forrester 0f 2015. It was an invredible experience buying my new car at Subara of Puyallup.
My wife and I had an incredible experience buying our "new" car at Subaru of Puyallup. Our sales person was Justin Peoples and I can't recommend him enough. He went above and beyond when it came to our test drive and was highly knowledgeable when it came to discussing the ins and outs of our vehicle. We ended up with a 2014 Impreza and we're extremely happy with our purchase. Highly Recommended!
I just bought my first subaru through kimberlee. She drove 50 miles to come get me to buy my dream car. Very easy going and made me feel very comfortable buying my first car on my own at 22 years old. I love my new STI!
i spoke with Kimberly over the phone about the vehicle i was interested in. After showing up at the dealership she was busy showing a car, but had Kirk show us the truck. Kirk was a cool dude. it was a jeep at a Subaru dealership, so he didn't know all about the jeep like a jeep dealer would, but the test drive route he took us on was the best part. middle of rush hour ....no traffic on his route AMAZING. could test the car better without being stuck in traffic. Thanks for the jeep Kirk!
This was the first (of seven) dealerships that I contacted that would actually give me real information over the phone. I had worked with a few other dealerships, but hate the negotiation game. I knew what I was comfortable paying, and wanted to just make the deal. Most dealers, when you tell them what you're comfortable with, they want to haggle to bring you up. The manager, Brian, heard me when I said "I'm not paying more than XX, should I come in or no?" And he made it happen.
Well, actually, I was looking for a particular used model, he agreed to the price, and when I got there it was loaned out. Not 100% sure I believe them, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I got a new car for just a few hundred more, and I'm happy with that negotiation. Signing the financing paperwork was easy, no one tried to sell me clear coat protectant, increased security, blah blah blah. It was all "This is what I want." "Okay let's do it exactly that way."
Downside: They didn't pay me as much for my used car as I know I could have gotten elsewhere. I am out several hundred bucks - maybe a grand - because of that. But it's my own fault for not going there with anyone. At that point, I would have had to make the 120-mile round trip AGAIN to pick up the car, and frankly the idea of lugging my kid back for hours of my time was too much. So I totally paid for that bad decision. But I knew it going in, so...
Anyway, good service, fast turnaround, nice enough people. I'll recommend them for sure.
When my old car finally gave up I headed to Puyallup Subaru. I had been looking at the Forester for some time and wasn't sure about the process. The stress free environment; the ease of communication and the wonderful service from Kimberlee made the process enjoyable! I would highly recommend Puyallup Subaru and Kimberlee!
If someone had told me in advance how our car purchase experience was going to be, I'd never have believed them.It started on a Sunday am when i was getting pre-approved for a loan on Subaru of Puyallup's website, when the phone rang and it was the dealership. I explained the model of Forester I was looking for, options and color. They asked when I could be at the dealership and I told them 1pm since we had to drive from Bremerton. We arrived around 2, and we were greeted by George Mayfield. George immediately took my wife and I in back to show us our new Forester being cleaned up, and verified it was the right color, had the options we wanted and we were satisfied with that car.As we walked back to the showroom, George mentioned to make sure to bring the car in for our free oil changes on Thursday or Fridays and get a free massage. We thought he was kidding til we walked past the service counter and saw the sign about free massages on Thursday and Friday. Unbelievable!
We proceeded to the showroom where the finance guy showed us the invoice and the discounted price we'd pay. We talked about the extra's we wanted to include on the car and he said paperwork would be ready in a few minutes. We were signing papers within 45 mins of arriving at the dealer! I've never heard of such a thing. George took us out to our newly washed car and we spent the next hour going over the car, programming radio stations, moving phone contacts and pairing phones through the bluetooth. We went on a short drive so George could demonstrate the features Eyesight provides. We wrapped up things and were on our way home with or new car just after 4 pm. I cant get over the high level of customer service Subaru of Puyallup demonstrated. I would highly recommend them.
I've been in the market for a new car for about a year, and was leaning towards a Legacy. I was debating between two Subaru dealerships in the end. I am very glad I made the decision to come out to the one in Puyallup. My salesman Jerome Sirmans was very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable even though he was new. I was impressed! So please go out there and ask for Jerome!
