We were worried because we had a cross country trip ahead of us, and we needed a car as soon as it humanly possible. So 5000 miles later - no problem! Happy with our new car. The people at Subaru of Puyallup were warm, welcoming, and accommodating in every way. Jerry Harris is great; he was so patient with me and great with communication. I love my 2012 Subaru Forester. Sale's person was great, and I like the 2015 subaru outback, but i couldn't stand their service department, so i traded in for toyota highlander. I don't know how they got idea of stress free, but Subaru of Puyallup service department only did is to give me stress. they scratched my car twice, after first time they scratched, i wasn't going to take my car into Subaru of puyallup anymore, and I went Subaru in Auburn and did oil change. never had problem with them. Than management person from Subaru of puyallup called me and said they are going to fix the scratch for me so i took my car into Subaru of Puyallup, and since I was there, i asked them to fix wind noise problem on 2015 outback. A few days later i went to pick up my car, they did fix scratch but now windshield was cracked. Service manager was try to tell me, it was cracked when i drop off the car. NO it was not. then they scratched all over of driver and passenger side window frame, and some foam was hanging out of bottom of door trim, and also plastic peace of window frame was just hanging down. I showed to service manager and he said these are very difficult repair and these scratches are normal, but if you like us to we can fix for you. I let SOA know how i was treated and also send pictures of damage to them. Now i'm stress free with my new Highlander. People at Titus Will of Toyota understand what I had to deal with at Subaru of Puyallup and they really helped me out.
Subaru of Puyallup Service Manager was by far the worth Service Manager that i had to deal with. He talk to you like you don't know anything and try to feed you BS. I wish I could post the pictures of damage they made to my car and it was not the first time. I send all pictures and how i was treated by service manager to SOA and i hope they will do something about this dealer.
Jerry Harris came to pick me up from my house because I called for ride so I would be able to buy my dream car from Subaru. This is my third car from Puyallup dealer. i spoke with Kimberly over the phone about the vehicle i was interested in. After showing up at the dealership she was busy showing a car, but had Kirk show us the truck. Kirk was a cool dude. it was a jeep at a Subaru dealership, so he didn't know all about the jeep like a jeep dealer would, but the test drive route he took us on was the best part. middle of rush hour ....no traffic on his route AMAZING. could test the car better without being stuck in traffic. Thanks for the jeep Kirk!
