When they say stress free they really mean it. We were needing a new car due to my commute doubling and now was the perfect time. We had several friends recommend Subaru of Puyallup including my in laws. Kymberly Furhman and Heather Davis helped us along the way even though we came back three times to shop options, test drive and the hardest part was figuring out what color to get. In all my years of customer service and past experiences with car dealerships I am happy to say that Subaru of Puyallup is by far the best we have ever been to. Plus after shopping around at Subaru of Tacoma and getting a cranky old sales guy who didn't even know half the crap that the Subaru Impreza offers. Customer for life here. Already planning to buy our next Subaru Forester here in the next two years. The stress free price was better than the true car app too. They didn't have the specific car with the options we wanted so they personally drove over 100 miles to Burlington to get it here. Talk about amazing right there.
My experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Dave Warmack met me at the door, his positive vibe made me feel comfortable and the stressful feelings went away very soon. I had already researched the Forester and knew that was the car for me. As we sat at the desk we went through all the options and colors. Soon after, Dave brought the car to the door and we went for a nice test drive. I was sold.

Shelly, Matt and Dave were all top notch. Jennifer loves her new vehicle. More than she has ever loved any vehicle that she has ever had. She always talks about her older Subaru and how she wished she never sold it. After living with her and listening to her complain about missing her Subaru so much I decided to go online and build a Subaru with every option that I can possibly put on a vehicle. A couple days later Shelly contacted me and said that she would be glad to get the vehicle for us. My wife could not decide whether she wanted a red car or a silver car so Shelly got both of them. The vehicle was ordered in the middle of June and was slated to be at the dealership on 20 July. On 17 July Shelly contacted me and told me that Jennifer's car has arrived. I sent over our drivers license along with our insurance information I got all of the financing in order with Matt. Matt worked with several different lenders and got us the best rate. He also included a warranty along with gap protection for our new purchase. I made dinner reservations that evening and told my wife about her new vehicles arrival. I left work early and drove to Puyallup from Bremerton to pick up my wife's new car. All the way there all Jennifer could talk about was how much she loves Subarus and how she can't wait to see her new car. We arrived at the dealership, and my wife's eyes started to glow as they drove her brand-new Subaru upfront. It was completely cleaned, filled with fuel and ready to go. We went and did the financing with Matt and were in an out of that dealership in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to everyone who has made my wife extremely happy. Everyone knows that a happy wife is a happy life. Even though I wanted to drive the new car, my Jennifer was not going to stand for that and she said to me, "that this is my car and I'm driving it!" Thank you to everyone who was a part of this process and I really appreciate everything that they have done to make it one of the best buying experiences I have ever experienced. 2015 Subaru Legacy 3.6R is one sexy driving machine.

After several weeks of research via Kelley, Edmonds and a fair number of other sources we had determined a tough, but fair price for the make, model and features we wanted. Next, we tested five of the regional dealerships in the area and ranked them based on a number of criteria (a few of our criteria are listed below).
• Response time
• Content and detail of answers to a variety of questions
• Follow-up email or phone call after our initial inquiry
• How clear and close to our research findings were the dealer quotes
• How did the Internet sales reps respond to our tough, but fair offer (only some responded in a professional manner to this most important criteria)
After all the research was complete, we ended up ordering our car from Subaru of Puyallup. This dealership is at least 40 miles away and there are at least 4 others closer, but it was well worth the extra travel time. Subaru of Puyallup stood out and even under adverse conditions not only met, but exceeded expectations on a variety of challenges.
