Heather Davis even found the color of a Legacy that my wife wanted through a dealer trade. I was willing to accept the car that was on the lot, as it had all the features we wanted, but she went out of her way to get the one my wife really wanted. In terms of the overall experience, we were very satisfied with being able to get the features we felt were important, such as the "Eyesight" safety system, without needing to purchase other add-ons that other brands of cars "bundled" at a higher price. This was such an easy experience. We had originally planned on buying a car with the Costco program but we read the positive reviews about Subaru of Puyallup and decided to try them first. As it turned out we are glad we did. Kimberlee was really positive and quite helpful. She didn't pressure us at all and gave us all the time we needed to test drive. What we liked best was the no stress price. We researched and were satisfied with what we payed. We drove down from the Olympic Peninsula just to buy our car from Subaru of Puyallup. We recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Subaru.

We just purchased our third new Suburu from Suburu of Puyallup. As were our experiences the first two times, this experience was outstanding. From our salesperson, Brian, to the financial person, Rachel, the process was seamless. We were treated with absolute respect. When we told Brian what we wanted in a car, we were never encouraged to look at something different because they didn't have the exact features on the lot. Subaru of Puyallup was great! My company is providing me a car to drive and I asked if I could test drive the model they are getting for me (2015 Outback). Kimberlee said she could help me and set an appointment for me to drive the Outback and I loved it! Kimberlee was very patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. She explained all the features and suggested after I receive my new work car, I should come down and she'll help me set up my Bluetooth. She also gave me a tour of the service department in case I needed anything. I highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup and Kimberlee.

A great experience with everyone I met! Let me begin by saying that I ordered a 2015 WRX through Shelly several months ago. Considering I wouldn't see an actual WRX until I returned from a business trip in the Middle East; Shelly assured me that if I didn't love the car I could walk away no questions asked and no money out of my pocket. For weeks we corresponded over email but I always got a personal email, which to me, meant Shelly and the team at Subaru cared about me. Fast forward 3 months later, I stopped by just to see a 2015 WRX. Shelly introduced me to Jerry Harris who lead me through the rest of the stress free buying program. Jerry showed me what WRXs they had in stock and answered any questions I had. A week or so later, Jerry called and said that my car was in and we set up a time to meet. Jerry showed me my car which was being cleaned and washed and we happened to bumped into Al from the detailing department. We had a great chat and I could tell that he loves what he does. To me that shows what kind of business Subaru of Puyallup is because their employees want to be there. Anyways, Jerry and I had an adventure testing out all the accessories the car had to offer. After the test drive we returned to the dealership. At no point was I pressured or bullied into wanting the car. Now to the part most people dread...the sale. Between Brian(the manager), Jerry, and myself we worked out a deal on my trade and fair price for the car. Again, I had all the time in the world to run the numbers myself without being pressured to buy. Stress free? I think so. After signing on the dotted line, Jerry introduced me to Rachel Kemak in the financial department. I think within a hour or so she had all the paperwork ready for my signature. I imagine we talked about warranty packages and additional service packages for another 30 minutes or so, and again I wasn't pressured to buy. I ended up purchasing the extended warranty after receiving a great discount! (Thank you Rachel!). Am I satisfied with my purchase? Definitely! A great car, at a great price, from people who are driven to place their customers first, and embody their business motto as "stress free" car dealership.

Such a great experience! When we first got to the dealership on Saturday night, nobody was really willing to help us. Not off to a great start at first. The salesman who was helping someone else at the time said he would gladly get someone from inside to help us, well he never did and we almost ended up leaving. We were very serious about wanting this car, and disappointed that no one was willing to take the time to help us. Right when we almost gave up, Heather came to save the day! She was so helpful and such a nice personable person to work with! She truly made it such a great experience and was very nice. My husband and I wanted some time to think it over, so she came in on Sunday which was her day off to help us complete the process (if we so chose to do so). We ended up texting her and setting up an appointment to come back in on Sunday to finalize everything. Not only was Heather extremely helpful, but Wade made everything work! They were a great team and made this process so quick and painless for us. There was no judgment or stress during the day, which was a big deal for us/ It was a great first car buying experience, I would definitely recommend buying a car from here! We are now proud owners of a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo! Thank you Heather and Wade!! We appreciate the hard work you put in to making this a great first time experience!

Buying a car there was great and our salesman was very nice but..... THE PROBLEM is we only received one key to our car and was told multiple times that there isn't one and that we would have to purchase one our self. About a month later we finally decided we needed a 2nd one and paid the 83$. Then magically 2 weeks later after we received our new key a second key was found and mailed to us - which I had to cover the postage for. When I called to talk to someone I was met with a unhelpful person and told there was nothing I can do. Just be careful believing them and make sure you get your second key!!!!
