A great experience with everyone I met!
Let me begin by saying that I ordered a 2015 WRX through Shelly several months ago. Considering I wouldn't see an actual WRX until I returned from a business trip in the Middle East; Shelly assured me that if I didn't love the car I could walk away no questions asked and no money out of my pocket. For weeks we corresponded over email but I always got a personal email, which to me, meant Shelly and the team at Subaru cared about me.
Fast forward 3 months later, I stopped by just to see a 2015 WRX. Shelly introduced me to Jerry Harris who lead me through the rest of the stress free buying program. Jerry showed me what WRXs they had in stock and answered any questions I had. A week or so later, Jerry called and said that my car was in and we set up a time to meet. Jerry showed me my car which was being cleaned and washed and we happened to bumped into Al from the detailing department. We had a great chat and I could tell that he loves what he does. To me that shows what kind of business Subaru of Puyallup is because their employees want to be there. Anyways, Jerry and I had an adventure testing out all the accessories the car had to offer. After the test drive we returned to the dealership. At no point was I pressured or bullied into wanting the car.
Now to the part most people dread...the sale. Between Brian(the manager), Jerry, and myself we worked out a deal on my trade and fair price for the car. Again, I had all the time in the world to run the numbers myself without being pressured to buy. Stress free? I think so. After signing on the dotted line, Jerry introduced me to Rachel Kemak in the financial department. I think within a hour or so she had all the paperwork ready for my signature. I imagine we talked about warranty packages and additional service packages for another 30 minutes or so, and again I wasn't pressured to buy. I ended up purchasing the extended warranty after receiving a great discount! (Thank you Rachel!).
Am I satisfied with my purchase? Definitely! A great car, at a great price, from people who are driven to place their customers first, and embody their business motto as "stress free" car dealership.

When we first got to the dealership on Saturday night, nobody was really willing to help us. Not off to a great start at first. The salesman who was helping someone else at the time said he would gladly get someone from inside to help us, well he never did and we almost ended up leaving. We were very serious about wanting this car, and disappointed that no one was willing to take the time to help us.
Right when we almost gave up, Heather came to save the day! She was so helpful and such a nice personable person to work with! She truly made it such a great experience and was very nice. My husband and I wanted some time to think it over, so she came in on Sunday which was her day off to help us complete the process (if we so chose to do so).
We ended up texting her and setting up an appointment to come back in on Sunday to finalize everything. Not only was Heather extremely helpful, but Wade made everything work! They were a great team and made this process so quick and painless for us. There was no judgment or stress during the day, which was a big deal for us/ It was a great first car buying experience, I would definitely recommend buying a car from here!

Buying a car there was great and our salesman was very nice but.....
THE PROBLEM is we only received one key to our car and was told multiple times that there isn't one and that we would have to purchase one our self. About a month later we finally decided we needed a 2nd one and paid the 83$. Then magically 2 weeks later after we received our new key a second key was found and mailed to us - which I had to cover the postage for. When I called to talk to someone I was met with a unhelpful person and told there was nothing I can do. Just be careful believing them and make sure you get your second key!!!!
Everyone from the top down at Puyallup Subaru are top notch. I have bought my second brand new outback and other dealerships need to learn from these folks.
After many many new car purchases we hit a home run here. NO DRAMA! looking for a car call Jerry and get one.

Subaru of Puyallup made the car buying process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Justin Peoples was our salesman and he was knowledgable, patient, and friendly. I have told many friends about my amazing experience and will definitely suggest that anyone that is interested in buying a Subaru talk to Justin. He has even checked in with us to make sure we are loving our new car. I am sure I will drive my new Subaru forever and ever but in the event that we do need to buy another car I will definitely go back to Subaru of Puyallup.
I generally do not enjoy shopping for cars, but I was more than ready to trade in my Toyota minivan for the sportiness, versatility and reliability of a Subaru Outback. I bought my first Subaru at Subaru of Puyallup in 1996, but years later had to trade it in for a larger family car when we found ourselves with three children in car seats at once! I've missed my Subaru ever since, so I thought I'd give Subaru of Puyallup a try again. It was a great experience, in large part because Kymberly Fuhrman was my sales person. She made it easy. She gave me all the information I wanted in a way that was clear and thorough, without bombarding me. She answered my every question and never put any pressure on my decision-making process. When I wanted to see how much legroom my growing sons would have in the backseat of the Outback, she got a couple of tall salesmen in the car to demonstrate! (By the way, there was plenty of room for a couple of 6-footers.) Kym was not only informative, but a real pleasure to work with, and just fun to hang out with. She has continued to be available to me when I've had follow-up questions, too. I highly recommend you go see her and it will be time well spent.
The entire transaction, including evaluation of my trade, finding a new Forester that met my requirements exactly, and completing all of the paperwork took about two and a half hours of my time.
I could not be more pleased with the purchase and Jerry and Justins's performance. A previous meeting with Justin got me to go back when I was ready to buy and Jerry closed the deal.
Wonderful experience. Both George and Rich were very helpful, the no stress pricing took the hassle out of buying a car. Finance dept. could have been a little more helpful. But in the end I got what I wanted. Very happy.
