I walked in one day just looking and testing, she let me test drive a 2016 Subaru legacy limited, and that car was amazing, sadly out of my price range, so they had a black 2015 Legacy limited that was close to my price range, Kimberlee worked with me and got the car in my price range, she held onto it for me, was a great a saleswomen, she did a great job with the stress free policy they have at that dealership, I am loving my 2015 Subaru Legacy limited has everything I wanted. My 05 forester was deteriorating from the many many miles I put on it and It needed a huge engine overhaul. it was stressful to decide to fix it or not. that stress went away once I met heather Davis. from start to finish she focused on what I wanted in the new car. coming from a family of Subaru owners, I didn't need a fancy/flashy car...just something to get me point A to point B with all the gear I bring with me to the mountain. STRESS FREE process working with heather....got to come home with my new 2016 Forster. DEFINITELY referring everyone to heather.
I recently purchased my first new car here and I have to say the experience was wonderful. Comparatively to the other dealerships I visited, Subaru of Puyallup truly is a stress free experience. My sales rep Kimberlee Cade was amazing and worked with me to get the car that I wanted. She got me great value for my trade in and an unheard of interest rate for a first time buyer. I'm enjoying my new car to the fullest right now, and will definitely be back in the future when it's time for another purchase. I can't recommend them highly enough.
George Mayfield helped us greatly with all of our questions and helped us through this experience. By showing us all of the options, between buying a used car, or a new one, he helped us make the best decision for us, which ended up being a new car, which was only slightly more money than the used one that we originally came in to look at. In addition, he spent time with us just talking and enjoying our company.

I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever find the right car for me. Then I met Dennis Ecklund at Puyallup Subaru. He easily sensed my frustration and went out of his way to make me comfortable with my search. Dennis was patient and answered all my questions expertly. After driving a Forester that day I had to have one!!

I love my new Subaru Impreza! Heather Davis I wanted to personally thank you for taking such great care of us and helping my husband and I find the perfect car. I can honestly say I have NO buyer’s remorse. After driving around in my 15 year old car I did not want to make a hasty decision or invest in something that was not a good fit for us.
I sort of had an idea of what I kind of vehicle I wanted but didn’t have a lot of information. Heather gave me a ton of information of what Subaru has to offer and what options were available. She really knows her stuff. What I didn’t want was to be pressured into buying a car. It was surprising I didn’t get any annoying phone calls or emails.
More than a week went by and we made our decision. We were able to schedule an appointment with Heather and the same day rode home in our new Impreza in my favorite color with all the upgrades and special features I was looking for. The only drawback was I had to bring it back to install the enhanced security system and I had to leave my baby there all day long. All kidding aside, again we were well taken care of with a great loaner car and quick easy in and out service. I am going to love working with Subaru for all my servicing and future purchases.
