Up until recently I have always driven Hondas. The customer service at Honda has declined drastically to the point I had anxiety anytime I needed something on my car looked at. I am happy to say I am now a Subaru fan. The entire process of buying my new Subaru was stress free and fun. We had a vet appointment and decided to stop in and look at some cars as it was time to say goodbye to my Honda. At Subaru of Puyallup not only did they treat us well they also took great care of our dog by bringing him water and bones and petting him. Kirk (salesman) was very thorough and made sure I knew all of the cool features my car offered. The finance guy Wade was awesome as well. He was very pleasant and made sure I stayed within my budget and reaffirmed my decision to go with Subaru. I love my new car.
Kimberlee Cade is the best. My wife needed a new car and Kimberlee made the car buying process as stress free as possible. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My wife has her new dream car and couldn't be happier. Happy wife, happy life.
Buying a car at Subaru of Puyallup was fantastic! I had never bought a car myself before and came in with some anxiety about being new to the whole buying a car experience. I was pretty set on a budget, but didn't know exactly what I wanted or what would work best for me. As soon as I arrived Mac Canfield offered his assistance to me. He made me feel completely comfortable and was genuinely interested in finding me a car that would suit me and my budget perfectly. I never once felt pressured, hassled or rushed...definitely stress free as advertised. That day I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Sentra and absolutely love it!! I really appreciated Mac's kindness, patience and ability to help me find my perfect car along with making it such an enjoyable experience!!
Our salesperson, Kimberlee, was extremely helpful and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better one. My daughter bought a used car here and had some problems with it, but the service department went the extra mile to help her out. Hopefully, I won't have to use them for any thing other than standard maintenance with our new Legacy
I'd planned to visit both the Subaru and Chevy dealerships in Puyallup. When I arrived at Subaru I had time to walk around and view all of my options however I was never ignored, the salesman just watched from a distance then came over when he could see that I was ready. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted then provided me with all of my options; no pressure at all. I felt like he wanted to make sure that I got into the right car. Within an hour I had the car I wanted picked out. Due to a previously scheduled appointment, he provided me with another salesman to continue assisting although he continued to stop by and check on me when he could. There was absolutely no change in service; he was just and friendly and knowledgeable. The entire team, Joe and Mac including Wade from Finance, helped me to get the best deal I could and made sure I was happy with it. Needless to say I never made it to the Chevy dealership.
Kimberlee was amazing! My husband and I bought our first car together this past weekend and we are very happy with how everything went. My father was tagging along with us and he was even blown away... This is a big compliment as he is a big car buyer. Love the car, loved the service, Kimberlee was very fun and very sweet. Considering how long it takes to buy a car, we had a blast!
I bought a new Crosstrek from Kym Ruff at Subaru of Puyallup and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Kym was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. She really helped me understand my options and did am amazing job teaching me about all the wonderful technology in my car. So happy with the car and the experience!
I had an excellent buying experience with Heather Davis. She's a warm, personable young lady who knows and could explain everything about the car I wanted and how it worked. She made my choices easy and stress free. I usually have some buyer's remorse on bigger purchases, but I'm just enjoying my new Forester too much for that. Thanks Heather and Wade and helping me through this process.
Subaru of Puyallup's slogan of "Stress Free" is not just lip service-- my wife and I just purchased a beautiful Carbide Gray 2016 Outback Limited with Eyesight (a MUST HAVE option) from this fine dealership this past Sunday. An effort to keep things stress free was evident with each employee we had dealings with that day. I had met our salesperson, Kimberlee Cade, a few weeks prior to our day of purchase, and she was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Upon informing her of our first choice of color and trim level, I was pleasantly surprised to have her contact me a week later to let me know that an Outback of our exact preference had just showed up at the dealership. Obviously, we acted fast to make sure it would be coming home with us, and we appreciated Kimberlee's pro-activeness to help make sure that happened.
On the day of purchase, Kimberlee met up with us first thing in the morning, took us on a final test-drive, and went over all the key features of the Outback. The entire time, she was very friendly, laid-back, and easy to talk to. Kimberlee was never pushy, shady, or behaved in any negative fashion that you seem to see so often from salespeople elsewhere. In fact, it was almost like hanging out with a friend-- very casual with no pressure.
When it came time to talk money, we dealt with Wade Finley, who I have to say was the most amazing finance manager I've ever done business with. He, like Kimberlee, was extremely friendly and personable, down to earth, and explained everything plainly, in an easy-to-understand manner. The financing Wade was able to get us totally defied our expectations, and we truly believe he worked extremely hard to get the deal he did for us. Wade was the exact opposite of the negative stereotypes typically attached to the "scary finance manager".
Another testament to the "stress free" environment the team cultivates at Subaru of Puyallup:
throughout the course of our time there as we went through the purchasing process, several employees, who had nothing to do with our purchase, stopped and said "hi", asked us how we were doing, and another even congratulated us on our purchase when the deal was finalized. One salesperson (I believe it was Jerry Harris), had just returned from the store with ice cream sandwiches, presumably for the employee break room, but nonetheless, stopped at our desk to offer one each to my wife and I.These are all little things that add up to paint a very positive picture of the team at Subaru of Puyallup.
After everything was wrapped up, Kimberlee walked us out to our new Outback, went over a few more last-minute things, and warmly congratulated us and wished us well. My wife and I couldn't have been more impressed with Kimberlee, Wade, and the whole team that day. I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with the team when we take our Outback in for servicing / parts / maintenance, etc.
We will definitely be referring anybody we know who is looking to buy an automobile to Subaru of Puyallup without reservation.
Thanks again, Subaru of Puyallup, for a truly "Stress Free" experience!
