Subaru of Puyallup is proud to uphold the Subaru Certified Pre-Owned Powertrain Plan. This strategy covers the next 7 years or 100,000 driven miles after purchase, whichever comes first. You can also choose to upgrade your maintenance plan to our other options for Subaru Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. The Powertrain Plan covers maintenance for the engine, all-wheel drive system, and transmission on your Subaru. If you have any performance issues with the components covered under this plan, we'll help pay for towing. If we need to work on a covered failure overnight, we'll also cover up to $35 a day on a rental for you to drive while you wait, with a maximum of $175 for each disablement.
Covered Component Details
The Subaru Certified Pre-Owned Powertrain Plan includes coverage for the engine, all-wheel drive, and transmission. The engine includes the engine block, the camshaft, cylinder heads, all internal lubricated parts, drive belts, flywheel, intake manifolds, valve covers, oil pump and pan, the oil sending unit, the motor mounts, all the seals and gaskets, the turbocharger assembly, and the fuel injection system. The all-wheel drive includes all parts of the final drive housing/rear differential assembly, all internal parts, constant velocity joints and boots, axle shafts, propeller shaft, double offset joints, universal joints, center support bearings, wheel bearings and spindle, rear torsion bars and control arms, hub bearings, and the seals and gaskets. The transmission includes all internal parts of the transmission, the transaxle case, the torque converter, transmission mounts and all the seals and gaskets.
