This Yukon XL SLT shows 6 service history records on CARFAX and a documented transition from rental use to personal ownership in 2024. The most recent documented service in 2024 included a pre-delivery inspection, oil and filter change, brake check, and emissions inspection. There is no total loss, no structural damage, no airbag deployment, and no title brands reported. CARFAX Buyback Guarantee coverage is active through 02/18/2027.
CARFAX does report damage in July 2021 during its early rental period. It does not indicate structural damage or airbag deployment. There is also an open manufacturer recall for the fuel pump power control module with a remedy available at a GMC dealer at no cost. We can assist with recall scheduling or confirm status prior to delivery.
This 2021 GMC Yukon XL SLT is 4WD with 96,594 miles, powered by the 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 paired to a 10-speed automatic. Finished in Pearl Beige Metallic over Jet Black leather, it originally carried an MSRP of $65,290. Compared to many Yukon XL listings in this price range, this one stands out for its newer body style, strong SLT equipment level, and documented service activity rather than stripped fleet spec models.
The XL matters if you actually use the third row. Behind the third seat, you still have real cargo space for luggage, sports gear, or Costco runs. Fold the second and third rows and you have the kind of flat, usable space that replaces a truck bed for many families.
For daily driving, the 5.3L V8 is smooth and predictable. It has the torque to move a full load of passengers without feeling strained, and the 10-speed transmission keeps it composed on the highway. The Premium Smooth Ride suspension does a good job of keeping it comfortable over rough Northwest roads.
In wet Washington weather, the 4WD system adds confidence when roads get slick. Features like Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Alert, and Front and Rear Park Assist help with visibility and maneuvering in tight parking lots despite the XL length.
Inside, the SLT trim gives you heated and ventilated front leather seats, tri-zone climate control, Bose audio, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a hands-free power liftgate. It is a practical family SUV that still feels upscale.
With mileage just under 100k, the key questions are history and use. This one shows regular service entries, documented ownership, and no major red flags on title history. If you need full-size space but want to stay in a more realistic price range than a new Yukon XL, this is worth a serious look.

Rattles
by Nancy on Monday, October 19, 2020
Back glass in the lift gate rattles loudly, literally moving up and down. It has been in shop 4 times, they hear it and see it, but can't figure out how to fix it. Had to file a claim with GMC. Very disappointed. Most of trim on inside is cheap plastic and poorly assembled. The ride is as good as the previous model. Turns and handles like a car, not a truck. - 5.0
Pricey but worth it
by Mark on Saturday, January 28, 2023
Let’s be real here, all SUVs are pricey these days, even cheaper know cars like Kia’s. Then it gets more expensive with full-size SUVs, and desirable ones like the GM brand. My Yukon wasn’t cheap by any means, but I knew that going in. It is huge, comfortable, and has all the features that I could need and want. The gas mileage is just horrible, as expected, but I knew I wasn’t buying a Prius here. My biggest complaint is with GM, they nickel and dime you to death with ridiculous add-on subscription based services. Even the My GM app costs $15/month, absurd, and this service used to be free! - 1.0
Display not working !
by Martin J on Wednesday, July 16, 2025
I just bought a Yukon 2025 first days works great. After one week this nightmare started. Display not showing anything. We lost control of A/C in front side, not radio ,not gps . I took it to gmc dealer to get repaired. I just lost my time , they told me, they replaced the radio but the same issue happened , before I left the dealer. They say “We have to order a new radio or display. The one that we replaced its bad”.I have to wait until parts is received. Because it’s a special order!!! Display looks great , but honestly it’s a piece of garbage ! First payment of $70k is coming. 😒
